Chapter Incorporation Form

    INTERNATIONAL AEROBATIC CLUB, INC.
    Documentation of Current Chapter Incorporation

INCORPORATION: In order for a Chapter to have a contest sanction, IAC policy requires, among other things, that a Chapter provide proof of it’s current incorporation in one of two ways:

If your Chapter is newly-formed, provide photocopies of the original incorporation papers.

    DOCUMENTATION OF CURRENT CHAPTER INCORPORATION

Current documentation may be photocopies of your annual corporation report filed to your state, a biennial report or whatever frequency report is required in the Chapter’s state. It may also be a photocopy of a letter or form from your state advising of your current incorporation status or the fact you only had to file once. Please note: Current documentation is different from the original incorporation papers you had to file with the EAA Headquarters Chapter Office.

Some states DO require filing an annual corporation report and some states DO NOT. Please check the item below that applies to your Chapter and attach the information.

______Attached is a letter or form from the state advising of Chapter’s incorporation status.

______Annual – Attached is a copy of our annual report.

______Biennial/Other – Attached is a copy of our last required report.
______(Frequency required, i.e. every five years, etc.)

______Only Initially – Attached is a copy of our initial filing.
