2005 L. Paul Soucy Final Results
The winner of the 2005 L. Paul Soucy Award goes to Reinaldo Beyer, 51, of Del Mar, California with an 87.65% percentage. The trophy, awarded annually, recognizes the IAC competition pilot who achieves the highest percentage of points possible during a contest season and who also competes in a minimum of three (3) contests, one of which includes the U.S. National Aerobatic Championships. The award was conceived and donated by L. Paul Soucy of Louisville, Kentucky, one of the IAC’s first members and Board Director who passed away in 1971.
