Well, despite sweltering heat and humidity, and numerous threats of thundershowers, and getting two trucks and a tractor stuck in the mud (that is a looooong story), the 1st annual Hill Country HammerFest came off more or less without a hitch. The results are above, but from the perspective of CD, I’d like to take a moment to thank Co-CD Jeff Peohlmann, VC Larry Wood, Scorer Kathy Utz, and especially Patti Phillips who took over as Registrar when events conspired to steal away our Registrar, as well as everyone involved for making this a very satisfying event.
